the goal.

all we really want to do is bring top-notch, locally sourced burgers to your table with a new and elegant twist. think of it as the “modern burger” and say goodbye to the traditional “lettuce, tomato and pickle” toppings. our burger patties are made from a proprietary blend of sustainable meat from a local, family-owned ranch, and ground here on the premise every single day. we are so happy to be partnering up with small businesses, like five dot ranch in napa valley, so we can be proud to not only support local businesses but also family businesses, like ours.

our menu is simple: burgers, fries and drinks. and when a menu is that simple, every component counts. in addition to using natural, hormone-free and antibiotic-free beef, we bake our own signature brioche buns from scratch on premise daily. in fact, you can see our preservative-free dough in action in our glass baking room!

our toppings are scratch-made using organic produce, and we’re using Straus organic ice cream and milk to make deliciously creamy milkshakes.

thinking about putting good food into our bodies also made us think about doing good for our environment, so we strive to only use take-out containers and utensils that are compostable or biodegradable.
